Internet is an open for all phenomena. Though enough precautions have been taken by us to protect certain areas of our site by means of passwords, some intellectuals who believe in hacking may break those security checks and intrude into sensitive areas on our site. We take thorough precautions to identify such intrusion.

This site is maintained by the Dr. Ashutosh Pradhan along with Scientica Life Sciences Private Limited – www.scientica.com. It is protected by various provisions of Title 18, Indian Penal Code. Violations of Title 18 are subject to criminal prosecution in Indian court. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users equally, we employ software programs to monitor traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. In the event of authorized law enforcement investigations, and pursuant to any required legal process, information from these sources may be used to help identify an individual. All the legal matters are strictly restricted to Mumbai, India legal jurisprudence.
