Employees Health contributes a lot to the growth of the organization. Attitudes not only of the management but also of the employees have an impact over the production. Depressed employee or management leads to heavy losses. The concept of Health if followed as what has been said by the WHO yields excellent results in terms of improved productivity, peak performance of the employees.

Organizational Health - Productivity & Performance of Employees

An organization in health performs in a manner that leads to improvement in the overall gains even at finances. We offer Healthiance® Quality of Living Program after completion of which we achieve objective based outcomes. Following is the session wise and objective wise break up of individualistic employee welfare / wellness program divided into 15 sessions:

Session 1 – Homoeopathic Case Taking – 1 to 1½ hour

Objective: To understand the individual thoroughly and arrive at a homoeopathic constitutional remedy which will free up the person from individual perceptions which are inhibiting progress in achieving goals. The constitutional treatment will boost immunity of the person to reduce absenteeism.

Process: Creating a Medical / Homoeopathic Case Paper

Session 2 – Diet and Nutrition – A – 1 hour

Objective: To assess the diet and nutrition and to check the day-to-day calorie equation

Process: Receiving the details of diet habits of the individual

Session 3 – Healthiance® Quality of Living Quotient – 1 hour

Objective: Derive Healthiance® Quality of Living Quotient

Process: The individual answers specific structured questionnaire which gives us lifestyle insights in the form of the quotient.

Session 4 – Diet and Nutrition – B – 30 to 45 minutes

Objective: Deliver the individualistic diet plan with corrections in calorie equation.

Process: Interactive

Session 5 – Healthiance® Quality of Living Plan – 45 to 60 minutes

Objective: Educate and deliver plan to amend the lifestyle of the individual

Process: Defining the short term and long term goals (health and career), educate on how to achieve them with various tools. Interactive Session to satisfy queries based on worked out individualistic plan.

Session 6 – Stress Busters 1

Objective: Educating individual about how individualistic stress is affecting his progress and on how to handle stress. Basics of stress busters such as Pranayam, Yoga Asanas, Meditation, Om Chanting and its impact on health and career goals.

Process: Lecture + Demonstration – Interactive

Session 7 – Homoeopathic Follow Up 1

Objective: Assess the progress in response to homoeopathic remedy.

Process: Individual is assessed for shift in his / her vision in response to cleared path to improved perception. Assessment regarding immunity of the person.

Session 8 – Stress Busters 2

Objective: Educating the individual with additional pranayams, asanas and stress buster techniques

Process: Lecture + Demonstration – Interactive

Session 9 – Homoeopathic Follow Up 2

Objective: Assess the progress in response to homoeopathic remedy.

Process: Individual is assessed for shift in his / her vision in response to cleared path to improved perception. Assessment regarding immunity of the person.

Session 10 – Stress Busters 3

Objective: Educating the individual with additional pranayams, asanas and stress buster techniques

Process: Lecture + Demonstration – Interactive

Session 11 – Diet and Nutrition Follow Up

Objective: Assess the progress in response to the diet plan.

Process: Individual is assessed for calorie equation and his compliance with the diet plan delivered. Do additional tweaking in diet plan if required.

Session 12 – Healthiance® Quality of Living Follow Up

Objective: Assess the progress in response to lifestyle modification.

Process: Individual is assessed for response to amendments done in lifestyle. Do additional tweaking if required.

Session 13 – Homoeopathic Follow Up 3

Objective: Assess the progress in response to homoeopathic remedy.

Process: Individual is assessed for shift in his / her vision in response to cleared path to improved perception. Assessment regarding immunity of the person.

Session 14 – Stress Busters 4

Objective: Educating the individual with additional pranayams, asanas and stress buster techniques

Process: Lecture + Demonstration – Interactive

Session 15 – Conclusive Session

Objective: Take a bird’s eye view and assess the Healthiance® Quality of Living Quotient
