Why I should not eat half an hour before and after the intake of the homeopathic medicine?
You have to keep the medicine on the tongue and chew so that it can come in contact with the nerves. Nerve endings present in mouth are sensitive and the action of medicines starts from there. That is the reason why we recommend not to eat anything half an hour before or after taking the medicines. However, you can consume water five to ten minutes before and after the medicines. |
