Uterine Cancer
Day
Usually females aged 50 years
and above are prone for cancer of uterus. Common symptoms
of uterine cancer include symptoms like irregular inter-menstrual
bleeding. Foul smelling discharge. This day is decided with
respect to the US - National Uterine Cancer Screening Week.

Cataract and
Conjunctivitis Day
Cataract:
Can develop any time during the life span. However, it is
a common myth that it develops after the age of 40 years.
Exposure to strong light can lead to cataract. It can also
develop as a congenital anomaly. Common symptoms of cataract
are foggy vision.
Conjunctivitis: It
can occurs mainly because of viral infection. Viral Conjunctivitis
is contagious. It spreads by using the patient's utensils
and goggles. Other types of conjunctivitis though uncommon
can also be seen. Common symptoms include redness of the eyes
and the leads stick in the morning.
